The programme has received funding from the Crossroads” Countywide Youth PEACEPLUS Programme and is aimed at educating young drivers and future drivers about road safety. This innovative programme will cater for over 260 boys and girls, over a two-year period, providing them with hands-on experience working on real cars, teaching mechanical and bodywork skills, and highlighting the importance of road safety. Pro Social Ireland have developed this programme with the aim of making a real difference in the lives of young people and is part of Pro Social Ireland’s ongoing efforts to promote road safety and empower the next generation of drivers and road users with the knowledge and skills they need to stay safe on the roads.
